A registered dental hygienist turned myofunctional therapist that believes everyone deserves to wake up feeling refreshed, free of facial pain and ready to tackle the day.
As a hygienist & the wife of a formerly untreated sleep apnea patient, I’ve experienced first hand the damage that sleep disordered breathing has on both the patient & his or her loved ones.
It grinds my gears me that over 85% of kids & adults with sleep disordered breathing are undiagnosed. It’s even more infuriating that a number of those who are in treatment still aren’t able to achieve or sustain long term relief.
I’m on a mission to bring awareness to the impact that myofunctional therapy can have on craniofacial development, airway health and the body as a whole. I invite you to join me on this voyage, whether it be as an allied professional or as a client. No matter your stage of life, it’s never a bad time to improve your breathing because when you can breathe you can sleep & when you can sleep you can thrive!
